Meatballs are a delicious and versatile dish that can be made in many different ways. Here's a basic recipe that you can use to make meatballs:
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of Refined Selections Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Olive oil, for frying
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix together with your hands until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Using your hands, shape the mixture into small, round meatballs, about 1 to 2 inches in diameter.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add enough olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan.
Add the meatballs to the skillet, being careful not to overcrowd them. Cook the meatballs for about 8-10 minutes, turning them occasionally, until they are browned on all sides and cooked through.
Remove the meatballs from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain off any excess oil.
Serve the meatballs hot with your favorite sauce, pasta, or vegetables and enjoy!
